This topic is exactly our culture that we live in, and the way how we can live a healthier life inside this really crazy social/economic environment. In the recent past I participated in a Birth Doula Training in Hungary, because I was pretty much sure that the roots of everything in our life goes back to the beginning of our life. And the impact of the environment, the experiences that surrounds us already when we are a fetus, and then especially around the birth process throughout our early years. Women’s health in general, the health during pregnancy, the emotional support of the mother during the birth process, the support for the new family that promotes bonding and nurturing environment for the new life can establish our healthy future on Earth.
